Information we collect

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or forms. We only collect personal information when you choose to email us. In that case we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and anything you write in your message.

Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

How we use it

We use the information you send us only to reply to you and to deal with your enquiry. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run our email and website, or where the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep emails only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, unless we have a legal reason to keep them longer.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, email hello@sovereon.co.uk.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
